Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

In such cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

BioHackerz reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
